Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant

Requirements:

−    Looking for the good experience in ERP"s AXAPTA (Relevant 3 to 12 years) with at least 3 end to end implementations.

−    Hands on experience in Techno Functional/Administration either one of the above mentioned specialty

−    Must have worked on any 1 of Modules like: Production/ Manufacturing OR SCM ELSE must have worked on a combination of Trade & Logistics and Finance Module.

 

The Role:

Offering targeted technical engagements to solve business problems to Microsoft Gold Partners by identifying opportunities and delivering services proactively Organization / Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Architecture planning/guidance to partners on Microsoft Solutions. Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagements

 

Job Description:

·         Represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service in regard to finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Microsoft ERP/Axapta.

·         Providing technical consultation to Microsoft Gold partners for end to end deploying, planning architectural guidance and best practices laid by Microsoft for Axapta.

·         Pre-sales and consulting.

·         Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases.

·         Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.

·         Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

·         Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.
