HR Business Partner

Analyst/Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager

Requirement:

1.       Candidate should be a MBA in HR with relevant 3 6 years of Line HR/HR Business Partner experience

2.       Should have experience in handling at least 300 employees

3.       Role & Responsibilities of this position : (no team management)

·         Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues

·         To drive core HR programs such as PMP, VOE, COBC and compensation planning.

·         To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations

·         Handle employee counseling & grievances

·         Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives

·         To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work

4.       Good in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
